Here at FIT4MOM The Woodlands we have several class types, and we are going to break down what each of the classes is like in a series of blog posts. First up is our signature program, Stroller Strides!
Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.
Stroller Strides is a big fan favorite in our village. It's fitness for mom, and fun for baby! Our instructors weave fun into each and every workout. Bring your baby along with you and leave the mom guilt at home! We require moms to be at least 6 weeks postpartum before beginning our workout program AND that they have been cleared for exercise by their doctor, midwife, or health professional.
What to expect at class:
Fun instructors + a welcoming community of moms in a similar stage of motherhood
Engaging activities throughout the workout to keep little ones happy in the stroller
A killer strength workout with cardio mixed in
We use lightweight equipment so our mamas can move easily with their stroller around the park to our 5 stations
Playgroups after class! We host official playgroups once a week, but we often find that moms and kiddos stay + play after every class at our areas super awesome parks.
