WHAT TO BRING: Please bring your stroller, a yoga mat/towel for ground exercises, water and anything your kiddo might need (toys, snacks, a carrier).

WHERE TO PARK:
Park anywhere in the adjacent park parking lot (***the closest parking lot is the one off of Falconwing Drive, not Rush Haven***).

HOW TO FIND US:
We meet between the playgrounds, near the pavilion and tennis courts, for class. You'll be greeted by your friendly instructor and other moms.
