WHAT TO BRING: Please bring your stroller, a yoga mat/towel for ground exercises, water and anything your kiddo might need (toys, snacks, a carrier).

WHERE TO PARK: Park in the adjacent parking lot.

HOW TO FIND US: We meet either on the basketball court or near the pavilion for class. You'll be greeted by your friendly instructor and other moms.
